 This 1960-D small date Lincoln cent shows a bit of an offset towards the west as well as a tilted die.

The corresponding diagonal line from Lincoln’s jacket can be seen over the right portion of the roof line, even though it has been heavily abraded to remove that clash mark

This die can be identified the two die scratches; one for the top of the E and the other form the bottom of the B in LIBERTY.
