This is an unabraded die clash that affected both the obverse and reverse dies of the 2007D Jefferson dollar coin. This is from the collection of David Egeland.

The obverse clash mark was left by Liberty’s chin and is found under the left eye of Jefferson.

The reverse die shows clash marks left by Jefferson’s left eye. Typically an extra ray is added to Liberty’s crown on most of the Presidential die clashes.
