MDC-1c-1997-02

This radical MAD clash features a partial date “997” above STATES.

 

 

An earlier die state of MAD-1c-1997-02 was found and this on shows the obverse die clash that was formed when the reverse die clashed with it. Apparently the obverse die was replaced.
