MDC-1c-1995-02

This is an unusual MAD die clash that does not have any of the peripheral lettering associated with this type of clash. However, it is the column area of the reverse that left the remnants of clash marks on the edge of the obverse die.

While we can not be  too sure of the exact columns involved, the spacing and width of the clash marks leaves little doubt as to what design element was the cause.

There are also two arced lines seen to the right of the clash marks. Whether these are collar clashes or possibly other MAD die clashes cannot be determined. What we do know is that these marks are not part of the clashes to to the left.
