CCL(T1)-10c-1999-02

This 1999 dime has a Type 1 Counterclash and shows part RIC from AMERICA on the reverse. A leaf from the olive tree may also show a counterclash but it was inconclusive. Both sides show nice clash marks from two clashed die events.
