This 1958D Lincoln cent shows a rather strong abraded die clash on the obverse die.

The overlay provided shows the relative position of the dies when they did clash.

The picture to the left shows the clash mark left by the C of CENT.

The picture to the left shows the clash marks left by the TN of CENT and the E of ONE.

This die can be identified by the die crack seen on the lower part of Lincoln’s bust.
