A vertical misalignment (tilted die error) on the second strike would look very similar to this 1985 cent.  In this flipover, in-collar double strike, the obverse die was tilted down toward the left side.  This die tilt left the first strike untouched on the right side. The only problem with this specimen is that the second strike was delivered by a pair of counterfeit dies.
