While the horizontal misalignment on this MAD clash doesn't amount to all that much, the fact that it is also a tilted die clash admits it to the thinly populated ranks of radical MAD clashes.  The downward tilt of the hammer die toward the south is characteristic of many previously identified radical MAD clashes."
