This 2011 P Jefferson nickel was found by David Strzalkowski and features a strong die clash.

The overlay provided shows the relative position of the dies when they did clash.

The clash marks left by Jefferson's eyes, nose and check can be seen just below Monticello's stairs.

Some of the bay windows from the reverse are clashed intto the area below Jefferson's right eye. This die can be identified by the die chip in the right eyebrow.
