This is a proof 1973S Roosevelt dime that has a strong reverse die clash that is accompanied by a somewhat lesser obverse die clash.
The overlay provided shows the relative posirtion of the dies when they did clash. This coin has been encapsulated by PCGS as a die clash and is in the private collection of Neal Burnett.
This picture shows the olive branch and leaves clashed into the nose and forehead of Roosevelt.
